What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Life happens! Our cancellation/rescheduling policy requires 48 hours notice. You can easily make changes by contacting us via email or call us. Deposits for rescheduling are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date.

How can I ensure I receive appointment reminders and when will I receive my photos?
To ensure you never miss an appointment or important update, please make sure your contact information (email and phone number) is up-to-date in our system. We send automated reminders up to 48 hours before your appointment via email or text message. Turnaround time depends on the session type, but most galleries are delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Do you travel for sessions?
Yes, we do travel for sessions! Travel out of state requires additional travel fees. Let’s chat about the details during your consultation!

Can I bring someone for support/help out?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring a friend, partner, or anyone who helps you feel more relaxed. Just let us know ahead of time.

How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. This helps ensure you secure the date and time that works best for your schedule. We also do same day bookings!

Can I do both a studio and outdoor location during my session?
Yes! Depending on the package you choose and the time allocated, we can plan for both studio and outdoor shots. Let us know ahead of time so we can schedule accordingly and make sure the locations are nearby and accessible.
